Proud of our hard workers

As another week flies by we are proud of all the hard work that our children are doing here at Dorchester St Birinus Primary. I had the privilege of teaching Willow Class in the week and the progress they are all making is excellent. There is some amazing phonics going on with our Reception children and the independent writing from Year 1 about a setting for a story was great.

Hazel Class have been working on a toothpaste advert this week. It has given them an opportunity to learn more about teeth but also about using persuasive language and adjectives.

Oak Class have continued to write their non-chronological reports and are working hard on their division skills. They have also been investigating the artist Frida Kahlo. Well done everyone!
