Pizzas and pancakes
The first week of the second half of the spring term is off to a flying start. Hedgehogs have been learning all about farm animals and are even visiting the farm later today. Squirrel Class have worked really hard learning about changing materials in science. There was a tempting smell of pancakes wafting around the corridors on Tuesday. Fox Class made some delicious pizzas and used the experience to help consolidate their fractions work. Owl Class have started researching rivers of the world and Year 5 started their forest school sessions this week.
We are focusing specifically on the value of compassion this half term. In assembly on Monday children considered making good choices and how we know if we’d made the correct choice. We also discussed who or what could guide us to make the right choice.
