Music and mud!
We have loved seeing all the children back in school this week after the half term break. Key Stage 2 enjoyed a trip to the Royal Festival Hall in London on Wednesday where they experienced a concert performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. They were also excited to cross Waterloo Bridge on the coach and see the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and various other famous sights on the way in and out of London. They were a credit to our school as they walked along the South Bank and their behaviour throughout the day was brilliant.
Our Key Stage 1 and Reception children took the opportunity to go to Forest School on Wednesday afternoon. They didn’t want to miss out on the fun! They enjoyed getting wet and muddy and looking at the seasonal changes around the Hurst.
