Animals, numbers and Anglo Saxons!

The children who are in school are all working very hard at the moment. Project work is getting well underway and all year groups are showing an increase in their knowledge week by week.

I have been impressed with the way Hedgehog class have embraced their topic work this week – they know about animals who live in different climates and can start to explain why.

Squirrel class are smashing their number work at the moment and they amaze us daily with their positive attitude to learning.

Foxes have been finding out some lesser known Anglo Saxon rulers and are asking really thought provoking questions about history.

Owl class are working hard at developing their understanding of fractions and have made a good start on a PSHE programme called Choices.
